About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand customer requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, prepare solution documents, and support the implementation process. A key part of your role will be conducting product demonstrations of our cybersecurity solutions — UEM (Unified Endpoint Management), ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), and IAM (Identity & Access Management). This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, customer engagement, and solution consulting. Full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer business requirements and assist in identifying suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of our UEM, ZTNA, and IAM solutions for prospective customers.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, solution documents, and pre-sales collateral.
  • Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with Product, Development, and Implementation teams to ensure customer needs are addressed.
  • Support the implementation and onboarding process by ensuring a smooth handover from Sales to Delivery.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding product features and functionalities.
  • Maintain documentation related to customer interactions, proposals, and solution designs.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, Hindi any regional language.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Basic awareness of cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software concepts.
  • Any academic project or internship in IT, software, or security
